The Rental Exchange uses data on your rent payments to add to your credit score. Everyone has a credit score and banks and stores use this to work out if they should lend money and if so at what interest rate and price. So if you have a good credit score you will get better credit offers on things like store credit, bank loans and hire purchase arrangements.
