Aster Living is recruiting a customer board that will have a key role in:
- Shaping our services
- Monitoring our services
- Reviewing and improving our services
We are aiming to have the board in place by April 2012. It will be made up of two Aster Living employees, two customers from each geographical area that we provide services in, and a representative from the voluntary sector.
The customer board will meet at least seven times a year, plus development and training days.
Our customer board members will not be paid but they will be able to claim out-of-pocket expenses, like travelling costs.
We plan to have local panels that will support and inform the customer board.
